Instructions for presenting the card

To present your card, you will need to provide us with the following information

A photograph or scanned copy of the card showing the cardholder's name, card number and expiry date

A scan of the passport or other document certifying the identity of the cardholder

Documents confirming the legitimacy of transactions made with the card

If you refuse to present the card

If you refuse to show your card or fail to provide the necessary details, we may take action, including the possibility of blocking the card or restricting its use. This may happen if we detect unauthorised transactions or suspect fraud.
