PSi Gate allows users to refund payments in the event of incorrect or double transactions, as well as in the event of unintended debits from the account. Refunds are only possible within 30 days of the transaction and only if the funds have not been used or transferred to third parties. To request a refund, you must contact our support team by phone or send a request through your personal account on the website. The refund will be issued to the same account that the transaction was made from, within 7 working days of confirming the request. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the request is submitted after the deadline or if the terms of use of the payment system have been violated.
The refund period depends on the type of payment and the payment method used. Generally, refunds can be issued within 14 days of the payment being made. However, in some cases, additional time may be required to process the refund request.
To obtain a refund, please contact our technical support team with a description of the problem and relevant documents (e.g. screenshots). We will review your refund request as soon as possible and provide you with a response.
In order for a refund request to be approved, the payment must have been made within our system and it must also meet our refund criteria. Refund criteria may include, for example, an incorrectly made payment, an incorrect payment amount or double debit.
